Military in our Midst - 100 years of military history during the Kelowna centennial

The current exhibit illustrates the close relationship between Kelowna's civic and military history in celebration of the Kelowna centennial this year and the upcoming centennial of the British Columbia Dragoons in 2008. There has been a military history in the Okanagan from the beginnings of European settlement in this area.

The museum's temorary exhibits are opportunities to showcase items held in the collection that can't be on permanent display. They also add some variety to the museum's displays so that you'll always find something new when you visit.
